English Language Teaching has a Community of Professionals who are for ever on an on-going developmental process.  Whether they join online teacher development programmes or just surf the net to find clarifications for the innumerable confusions which are inevitable in the present day world, where adapting to changes is the goal of all learning. There are online degree courses and Teacher certificate programmes increasingly available to teachers from the remote corners of the world. Technology has facilitated the learning of teachers and learners together in a way that was beyond one's imagination in the past. English as a global language has laid the foundations for a world community of teachers who teach English as a foreign language [EFL] and English as a Second language [ESL].  Technology has made it possible for this community to interact through a variety of means and no one can withstand the pressure to learn and develop as a professional.    This website offers tips and resources for teachers and learners to learn and teach through technology.
