Procedure
In 2003, the teacher-learners were introduced to the Intel Teach ® to the Future Programme and Technology Aided Learning and were asked to prepare Technology Aided Language Learning materials  and teach through technology in the English Enrichment Course [EEC].  For this course they were also asked to prepare a battery of classroom activities which would provide  natural exposure to the students  and create an environment which is conducive to language learning. The exposure should be simple enough for the students to understand, useful for the teacher to present a new teaching point by relating it to what is known and create a language environment wherein the students get the feel of language as a system. The CAPSULE [Classroom Activities Promoting Simple, Useful Language Environment] the teacher-learners produced was enriched with TALL [Technology Aided Language Learning] materials and the entire programme was given a shape by them while working in groups. The group interaction and collaborative learning during the production and use of TALL Enriched CAPSULE is analysed qualitatively in this study.

Objectives
The main objectives of the study were as under

1. To develop a series of presentations to introduce the M A ELT teacher-learners to TALL
2. To help the teacher-learners understand judicious and effective use of technology for teaching learning purposes
3. To help the teacher-learners prepare a set of Classroom Activities Promoting Simple, Useful Language Environment [CAPSULE]  for teaching language.
4. To help the teacher-learners identify which activities can be effectively introduced through technology based materials
5. To guide the teacher-learners to prepare Technology Aided Language Learning [TALL] materials for the chosen teaching points
6. To guide the teacher-learners to design a six week English Enrichment Course
7. To help the teacher-learners prepare tests to assess their students and evaluate their English Enrichment Course
8. To make the teacher-learners teach the students who register for the English Enrichment Course
9. To make the teacher-learners think about their experience of producing the Portfolio in groups and using technology to teach and write a series of reflective reports
10. To identify the problems of making the teacher-learners work in groups
11. To identify the problems of integrating TALL  at the level of the teacher educator, the M. A. ELT teacher-learners and the students taught by them
12. To arrive at a set of recommendations based on the advantages, limitations, problems and other related issues
