There are workshops available online for those who would like to learn how to use the internet and how to use it for teaching-learning purposes. By the end of the workshop participants would have had experience of different online courseware, examined the techniques used in distance education and online tutorial courses including self-assessment tools and had an opportunity to discuss the issues involved in Internet-based teaching. They need no special technical skills and no prior knowledge of the Internet.

Apart from these courses, there is provision for practising real communication in English for those who learn English as a second or foreign language.
