Learning Disability
The learning disabilities in children may be noticed by parents,
teachers or people close to them. To begin with they may notice speech and language difficulties. This results in a learning problem that
requires special attention from everyone concerned. Speech and language disabilities may be of various kinds.
1. Articulation: not being able to pronounce words correctly
2. Reception: not being able to receive information through listening and reading
3. Expression: not being able to express oneself in speech and writing
Whatever the language disability may be it is necessary to
Perceive the problem in early stages
Identify the type of problem
Understand the ways of tackling it
Prepare a well-designed plan of action suited to specific disabilities
Execute the plan systematically
Learn throughout the process
Modify the plan based on reflective thinking
Share the information with others
